Cordts Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Pekin, Illinois, area since 1975 with exceptional customer service. Cordts currently has four hardworking employees.

1975 — In October, Bob Cordts established Cordts Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
1975 — Our 1st Location opened on Howard Ct. in Pekin
1978 — We moved to our 2nd location on East Shore in Pekin
1990 — We moved to our current location on Elizabeth St. in Pekin
1990 — In September, Brad Cordts joined the staff at Cordts
2005 — In January, Brad & Kim Cordts purchased the company
2024- In January, Chris & Stephanie Capranica purchased the company from Brad Cordts.
